We cut out the middlemen and ship directly to you from our centralised warehouse in Hong Kong Or China. This means we don’t have to charge you the traditional 6-10X markup other retailers rely on, and it means you get to enjoy the best quality at the best price.
We understand that there are many scams online, but we treat our clients’ money like our own — and that’s why our business is successful.
We do not push any client to buy. If you are wary of sending a large amount of money, we suggest you start with a smaller item and, once you verify our quality you will definitely be back for more

We think it is important take responsibility for the entire manufacturing process. At dengyu, we are involved at every step of our supply chain from selecting our material mills to finding the right manufacturer. This allows us to have a greater degree of control and ensures all ethical standards are being upheld. We make sure all the fabric mills and garment makers we work with have the proper environmental practices in place and safe worker conditions. We are pretty hands-on, and visit all our factories in person. We are proud to be able to say confidently that we know where our material come from.
product & stock
All products are new with tags: New and never worn, still with the original tags attached and Boxes and accessories (also to describe shoes that have never been worn).
Buying from us guarantees the purchase of an 1:1 top quality product. Every item found on our site is guaranteed 1:1 top quality.
Each item is double or triple authenticated. We access our product from vetted sources and usually know the original origin of purchase, which substantially reduces the risk of Low quality merchandise. we inspect every item to verify quality and condition and Details.
We work extremely hard to keep our stock levels accurate, but in the unlikely event that an item is out of stock we will do everything to assist you in choosing a different item of the same price. Alternatively, we will fast-track a refund on the out of stock item.

order issues
To cancel or revise an order, please send our customer service – within the hour of your order placed and we will assist you with your cancel or revise request during business hours. While we do our best to accommodate your requests, we are not able to amend or cancel an order once it has been processed or dispatched by our warehouse team.
We try our best to ensure our products are of a 1:1 top quality, and that the correct items are in the box before they leave the warehouse.
However, if you happen to receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item in your order, Please. Include the following information and we will let you know what happens next:

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time (On weekdays): Order verification, Conduct 3 quality checks and packaging. All orders are sent to the fulfillment center for dispatch within 48~72 hours after the order is placed.
Tracking number will be added to your order after processed. No longer than 96 hours.
We partner with FedEx, DHL, USPS, Yodel, Royal Mail, Australia Post, Canada Post, TNT, GLS, Hermes, etc.for express shipments.
Yes, we ship globally to countries.

We want to make concerns about duties and taxes a thing of the past and we’ve worked hard to make this a reality. For the most part, duties and taxes are accommodated in the cost of your order.
First, check with your concierge or reception in case the parcel has been delivered to them. Still no luck? with your tracking number and order number and we’ll sort it out.

We try to keep this process as hassle free as possible. We accept all returns from orders made within 7 days of Receiving. all items can be returned within the validity period. All return items must be sent back, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in the same condition it was received in. Please do not cut the hang tags or labels.
You can choose to be refunded via your original payment method OR via a gift card.
Returns typically take around 14 business days to be processed once it reaches our Hong Kong or China warehouse, and credit card refunds take up to 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
No, shipping fees of all order purchases are not refundable. We offer free shipping for orders that meet the threshold spending value
Absolutely. Please include packing slips in the same box so that we know which orders you would like to return.

We accept a variety of payment methods including PayPal, Credit Cards, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Western Union, Venmo, Zelle, cashapp,American Express and Debit Cards, etc.
Normally you will not be charged a transaction fee but this depends on your credit card and issuing bank as sometimes international transactions incur a charge. If you have any concerns about this, it’s best to contact your bank directly.
